We create a democratic environment where all team members, in an organization or communities can contribute ideas, from planning to decision-making then implementation.

2.) TRANSFORMATIONAL : The leader inspires and motivates their team, fostering a shared vision, encouraging growth and success even if there’s failure. Failure is Not final. Emphasize creating a positive mentality culture of hope, Love, and faith that fosters creativity, innovation, and personal development. It's the way a leader directs, manages, and motivates their team or communities shaped by their personality, values, and experiences. Transformational leadership is all about helping people and teams transform, as well as the communities.

3.) COACHING: The leader focuses on developing team members' skills, equipping or training, and providing guidance. Prioritize developing our team members upgrading and updating through online and personalized mentoring,one on one meetings and evaluation as well as equipping by region. By promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement, we help our team reach their full potential — both together and on an individual level.

4.) VISIONARY: We Inspire teams to focus on the big picture and prioritize teamwork and partnership .Always remind to run our Vision and Mission. as well as apply our LAMP Core Values .The leader communicates a clear vision and inspires the team to work towards it. We guide, motivate, and influence a team or organization even communities and people movements . Create a positive work culture and emphasize the well-being of the team as a whole.

5.) FLEXIBLE : Requires a willingness to embrace Change, Adaptability ,Understanding with Humility, take risks, and be innovative since you need to adjust quickly to new situations while staying on track for overall goals. It requires a combination of strategic thinking, managing conflict , practical problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration.

6.) STRATEGIC: We use strategic leadership to promote growth and long-term success. Empower our team to take calculated risks, experiment with new ideas, and set small or big goals. We set a clear direction and develop a plan to achieve it. We promote Gathering by Regions meaning it doesn't have a main Headquarters, and leadership is distributed across various Partnership locations and ministries . Yes, we have Registered address or office as required by government but we operate in Self governance ,Independent or simply saying Interdependent to each other . Emphasizes a servant leadership style, characterized by prioritizing the well-being and development of others, rather than a hierarchical structure. We are A Flat model - Horizontal leadership, Co equal to each other in term of gifting, talent and abilities but we have leaders among the equal.
